I find it hard to believe that Ericsson truly thought that they could be successful with the ridiculous number of claims that they brought against the defendants. The courts are obviously becoming fed up with the number of mobile device patent cases that are popping up, and Ericsson is only wasting its time and money by not sorting through and filing say... their top 15 most strong claims.
